When Is ICSC Las Vegas 2025?
ICSC Las Vegas 2025 dates are Sunday, May 18, 2025, through Tuesday, May 20, 2025. Attendees do need to register in advance for access and entry to the event. Exhibitors must also register and reserve the booth space before the event. It is highly recommended for exhibitors to register early to secure the best spots on the Convention Center floor.

How Can You Get To the ICSC Convention in Las Vegas?
The easiest and most efficient way to get to the ICSC Convention is to ride the Las Vegas Monorail. The Monorail operates a 3.9-mile route that begins at the MGM Grand Station on the South Strip and ends at the SAHARA Las Vegas Station on the North Strip.
Monorail trains run every four to eight minutes continuously during these hours:
- Monday: 7 a.m. – 12 midnight
- Tuesday – Thursday: 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.
