Las Vegas has become a foodies paradise and Caesars Palace definitely ups the ante with the amazing options for casual and fine dining. With an easy ride on the monorail to the Flamingo/Caesars Palace Station you’ll find yourself with many options to choose from. If you’d like to go the casual route with your group but don’t want to skimp out on flavor, head to Mesa Grill for Bobby Flay’s mouthwatering take on Southwestern cuisine. In addition to the bold and spicy flavors, they have a wonderful array of hand crafted cocktails to finish off or start your meal. (we prefer both)
One of the newer chefs on the Las Vegas Strip is Chef Gordon Ramsay. The Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill brings you the atmosphere of an authentic English pub with dishes like Bangers and Mash and Traditional Shepherd’s Pie as well as 36 beers on tap and another 63 bottled beers. There are two dining areas, the grill section and the pub section that offers a slightly more lively setting showing sporting events on their entertainment system.
Caesars Palace just opened the first ever Nobu hotel, restaurant and lounge that has guests raving. Nobu restaurant was opened in October 2013 and consistently receives great reviews on the food and atmosphere. They offer seven teppanyaki tables, delicious sushi options as well as tempting brick oven dishes like Umami Sea Bass.
